Fair compensation policies with profit sharing

As an Inbound Marketing Executive you will:

  • Help customers launch inbound marketing programmes to drive traffic to their websites and social media, and deliver sales leads at the top, middle and bottom of the funnel
  • Assist in the set-up, design and management of clients’ social media and content marketing
  • Look at other more traditional marketing opportunities including sponsorship, events and public relations to increase the impact of creative ideas and client campaigns
  • Learn, practice and eventually teach the core tenets of Inbound Marketing, including:
  • Content creation
  • SEO (what’s left of it)
  • Social media marketing
  • Blogging
  • Conversion optimisation
  • Landing page creation and optimisation
  • Use of content management and content optimisation systems
  • Marketing analytics and reporting
  • Creation of marketing personas and marketing offers, and how to package and promote them
  • Creation and maintenance of target databases
  • Lead nurturing and marketing automation
  • Dig into complex business processes to help streamline marketing strategy
  • Use of a creative mind to help customers achieve marketing success
  • Campaign creation and creative input

  • In addition you will be a contributor to our own internal marketing and will have regular contact with clients and partners.

About You:

  • A graduate or post-graduate in marketing
  • Organized, open to learning, and with an ability to multitask
  • An ability to communicate effectively face to face, via phone or e-mail to make our customers UBER successful
  • A good hands on experience in social media, versatile on the Internet
  • A good hand to write blogs, campaigns, reports, eBooks and presentations

Some relevant work experience

As a Content Executive you will:

  • Write content for websites / articles / blogs / whitepapers / e-books / pretty much anything that has to be written, and from scratch
  • Edit and proof read content that is written
  • Write, edit and proof read copy for client projects based on inputs supplied/interviews
  • Write product descriptions, brand support material etc.
  • Proof read, edit and write content on a regular basis to build up the website, including short, informative articles
  • Check content on web pages before making them live

About You:

  • A graduate with an excellent command over the English language
  • A flair for writing with an understanding of what type of content works on the internet
  • An ability to work in a team, especially using good communication skills
  • An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly.
  • Dexterity in editing and proof reading, with good research skills
  • An ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for different media and catering to multiple audiences
  • An understanding of keywords and meta tags – (an understanding of how to write web page titles, meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images etc.)

Work experience with a marketing agency, marketing department or publishing house would be an added advantage

As a design lead you will:

  • Be responsible for independently driving the end-to-end design process i.e. ideation / interaction flows / wireframes / high fidelity designs / visual designs etc.
  • Create visual content for creations / update of websites.
  • Create visual content for blogs based on campaign themes
  • Design collaterals – brochures, flyers, ad banners, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics etc.
  • Conceptualize, create and deliver content along with the content specialist for various collaterals and sales support tools in visually engaging formats
  • Conceptualize and create video content and animations
  • Create visual content that will go into the POS displays for events
  • Index, store, retrieve, share, control access to and replace content in an organized manner using appropriate tools.
  • Reuse, improvise and re-purpose content

About you:

  • A graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in design
  • An expert in the Adobe suite of products
  • Have experience working extensively on visualizing assignments with a proven creative touch
  • Have skills in HTML5 and CSS3, with a basic proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery
  • Possess good planning, organizing, multi-tasking and effective communication skills

A very good team player

As a telemarketing executive, you will:

  • Make telephone calls to prospects
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
  • Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
  • Attend campaign briefings
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients’ products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
  • Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
  • Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls
  • Provide feedback and input to script and copy development
  • Record details of opportunities and lead-notes

About you:

  • A graduate
  • Preferably with outbound calling or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills and well cultivated telephone etiquette
  • Proven track record in a sales driven environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Computer literacy and experience in database navigation
  • Ability to write detailed follow-up notes for reporting
  • Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
